“Zhi Wei Bing” - Prevention is treatment

Chinese Medicine extends from the deep roots of Taoism, an ancient philosophy which observes the balance between Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, as well as the relationship between humans and nature. This thousand year old medicine has stood the test of time and is still used today to help those find balance in their modern lives.

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine isn’t just for those who are suffering from illness, pain, or disease.
It can be used to bring balance into their lives.
You don’t need to be at your worst to benefit from Chinese Medicine.

Using a mixture of Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, diet and lifestyle changes, and Qi Gong (breath work combined with movement), Chinese Medicine can help with small imbalances that might affect you day to day.

Imbalances in the body can be seen as:
Stress
Sleeping issues
Poor, slow, sluggish digestion
Low or bad mood
Low energy
Headaches

Anything that is really not making you feel your best every day.

Chinese Medicine Perspective

“Waiting to treat an illness after they manifest is like waiting to dig a well after one is thirsty”

You do not need to be ‘sick’ to get Acupuncture. What I would consider an imbalance, might be something you are used to and don’t even realise that is something you can feel better from.

Yang Sheng is a practice that is rooted in the theory of Daosim and Chinese Medicine which is a way of life to help prevent illness. This includes diet, lifestyle, acupuncture, herbs, exercise, meditation, and mindfulness to keep the body healthy and strong throughout the years.

Any one can practice Yang Sheng and give back to their body what we may have depleted over the years.

How Can Acupuncture Help?

Acupuncture is the process of inserting fine, single use, sterile needles into acupuncture points on the body. The acupuncture points are chosen according to the Chinese Medicine diagnosis process where I take an in-depth history of your menstrual cycle and your current lifestyle, combining that with the palpation of the 12 Chinese pulses on your wrists and a look at your tongue.

Chinese Medicine is an holistic medicine which looks at the root cause for your general health issue. Each treatment is individualised works on the underlying reason of why YOU are suffering. I use a mixture of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Chinese Medicine dietary advice, Chinese Medicine lifestyle advice, supplements, as well as heat therapies like moxibustion and infrared heat lamps, to work on your underlying constitution.

Helping people with their general health is something I have loved doing!

So if you are looking for alternative and holistic way of life, then get yourself booked in today.

I really look forward to meeting you!
