Initial Appointment

The cosmetic acupuncture packages do not include the initial appointment. I require all clients to complete an initial consultation to ensure the treatment is suitable and to personalise the sessions to your needs.

Package Validity

Your package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining treatments after this period will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

I’m committed to providing you with a high standard of care and client satisfaction. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the services or if you need to move away, I’ll happily offer a refund for any unused credit in your package. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your request.

Upfront Payment

All packages require full upfront payment at the time of purchase. This ensures your package is secured and gives you access to the associated discount or service rate.

Cosmetic Acupuncture Only

This package is designed specifically for cosmetic acupuncture treatments and can’t be used for standard acupuncture sessions or other services. If you attempt to apply it toward non-cosmetic treatments, that session may be forfeited.

Non-Transferable

Your package is non-transferable and is intended for your personal use only. Sessions cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

I understand that plans change! However, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting that session in your package. Late cancellations or missed appointments may count as used.

Medical Contraindications

Cosmetic acupuncture may not be suitable for everyone. If, at any point, I determine that treatment isn’t advisable due to medical reasons, I reserve the right to suggest an alternative treatment plan or issue a refund for your remaining sessions.

I aim to deliver the highest standards of care, but please understand that results can vary from person to person. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and by purchasing this package, you acknowledge that you’re fully informed of potential risks and have realistic expectations.
